After some time of discussing and cooperating to each other, CS-Solution has worked with Samsung in integrating between Property Management System (oneS-PMS) and Samsung Smart TV.
Samsung Group is a multinational conglomerate of Korea headquartered in Samsung Town, Seoul. The Group has many subsidiaries, most operating under the Samsung brand, which is South Korea's largest trading conglomerate.
Property Management System oneS-PMS is designed to meet most of the business requirements of high standard hotels and resorts. All business processes are international standards, it manages every business, point of sales in the hotels or resorts. Based on the functions and utilities available, CS-Solution’s solution is developed and further upgraded to bring more convenience for managers and users.
Currently, CS-Solution has successfully integrated Property Management System oneS-PMS with Samsung Smart TV. This facility allows guests to update their information of service they use in their room through the specific television screen as follows:
- Screen Check in: Welcome screen (Display customer information: Name, address, telephone number ...)
- Screen Check out: When guests check out, any information of guests will be turned off; and it is no longer displayed on the television screen.
- Display billing of guests: When guests come to stay at the hotel and use the services in the hotel (Restaurant, Bar, Massage, Karaoke, Spa ...) at this time, if they want to see information about their services they have used, they just need to open the TV to access the system, then all billing information will be displayed on the smart TV set in the room, making the payment is much faster.
